Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-10-22

This policy explains what personal data gcharge (gcharge.ge) collects when you visit the website, place an order or contact us, why we collect it and what your rights are.

Who we are

gcharge is an online store in Georgia selling PC peripherals, Apple accessories and inspected used gear. We are the controller of the data described here. Contact: gcharge01@gmail.com · +995 558 61 15 46.

What we collect

  • Order details you give us: full name, phone number, delivery city and address, and your email if you provide it.
  • Messages you send us by phone, WhatsApp, Facebook or email, and the order history that goes with them.
  • Basic website usage data (pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location) collected through Google Analytics.
  • If you interact with our Facebook Page or our ads, Meta shows us aggregated statistics and, when you message us, your public profile name and the message.

Why we use it

  • To confirm, prepare, deliver and invoice your order, and to handle returns and warranty questions.
  • To contact you about your order (phone, SMS or WhatsApp).
  • To keep the website secure and to understand which pages are useful, so we can improve them.
  • To measure and improve our advertising on Meta platforms.
  • To meet legal and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with services needed to run the store:

  • Delivery couriers (your name, phone and address, only for your delivery).
  • Hosting and database providers (Vercel and Supabase) that store the website and its orders.
  • Google Analytics for website statistics.
  • Meta (Facebook) when you contact us there or interact with our ads.
  • Authorities, if the law requires it.

Cookies and advertising tools

The website uses cookies for basic operation, for Google Analytics and for the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. The Meta Pixel tells Meta which pages you visited on our site, so we can measure our ads and show relevant ads to people who have visited. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can control ad personalisation in your Facebook and Instagram ad preferences.

How long we keep it

We keep order data for as long as needed to fulfil the order, handle returns and meet tax and accounting rules. Other data is kept only as long as it is useful, then deleted.

Your rights

Under Georgian personal data protection law you may ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict its use or stop using it. Write to gcharge01@gmail.com and we will answer within 10 working days. You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.

How to delete your data

Send an email to gcharge01@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data" and the phone number or name used for your order. We will delete or anonymise your data, except what we must keep by law (for example accounting records), and confirm by reply.

Children

Our store is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy, the new version is published on this page with a new date.
